Brief Therapy 2018 | Institutes

Brief Therapy Conference

Anxiety, Depression and Trauma: Advances in Treatment

The Conference is an opportunity for leaders in the field to present and interact, by discussing their individual approaches, and the progress of psychotherapy in general. Presenting at this conference are experts—each of whom has made seminal contributions to the field of psychotherapy.

What is brief therapy?

Brief therapy is intended to be a quick and helpful series of therapy sessions intended to help a therapist guide a patient from a problem to a resolution. This time-sensitive approach to treatment is designed to be a cost-effective method that yields long-term benefits in addition to immediate gains. Its focus is optimized to make the most of each session, with the belief that change can occur in the moment. Learn more about brief therapy…
